 Sustainability Policy

The Sustainability Policy of Santa Cruz is based on its Mission and Envisionment. All employees understand them as well as know and practice the values that support them in the constant search for excellence for the promotion of the sustainable development of the organization.

The continuous improvement of the processes, of the production of sugar cane, sugar, alcohol, yeast and energy besides and effectiveness of the management system, aiming at customer satisfaction, prevention and reduction of environmental pollution and adverse social impacts, should be prioritized when with ethical conduct and compliance with applicable laws, customer requirements and other requirements.

The organization, cleanliness and security of the working environment must be kept and always improved through the commitment of all employees assuring a healthy, risk free environment adequate to the excellence of the processes.

The proficiency for the workers must be provided by means of training and other action that satisfy the competency requirements and offer a constant improvement, both professional and of the citizenship.
