Introduction
Besides ethanol and sugar , Santa Cruz produces dried yeast that is obtained through a fermentation process which is treated, dried, put in bags and sold to be used as a complement for animal food.
Santa Cruz also takes part in the co-generation of energy process both for internal use and the commercialization of the surplus.
